Come out from worrying, try 3 things

All the worries, you worry hardly happens. You know why, because worries are, almost all the times, based on imaginary fear, the emotion that overrule our psyche at the deeper level.
What do we do when we are trapped in 'worrying', try 3 things:
1st, convince yourself that like in the past, this will most likely not going to happen. 2nd, be aware of those thoughts causing worry, their intensity will automatically decrease once you watch them. And 3rd, see things in bigger perspective, ask yourself 'Will you worry on the same issue after say 5 years'. Mostly answer is big NO.
